Mid-season softneck with white/pinkish skin. One of the most popular varities and often the choice for roasting. Very similar to California Early garlic, but will keep longer. Has larger size cloves with a mild flavor and a touch of heat.  A great choice for any garlic lover and mild enough to please everyone.
