This Turban variety originated in China. For spicy lovers, this one is for you. The wrapper usually have deep purple skins and 6-8 large cloves per bulb. The clove skins can be rose colored with cream colored cloves. Will handle hot climates as well as northern winter climates. Recently re-classified as a Weakly Bolting Hardneck, meaning it can come up as a softneck under different growing conditions.
