This purple skinned garlic has 4-8 large, tan and easy to peel cloves. Bulbs will be purple with a white tip.  Bulbs can get very large if they like your soil!  Has a mild, sweet and nutty flavor when roasted.  A great selection for roasted garlic! An excellent keeper as well.
