| SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZE BULBS- ON SALE! Of unknown origins, this artichoke variety was discovered in Inchelium , Washington on the Colville Native American Reservation. Inchelium is a large garlic sometimes growing bulbs to more than 3 inches in diameter. It generally contains up to 20 uniform cloves. It has thick wrappers, which makes it a good keeper for 9 months or so! It is also very dense which makes it an excellent variety of garlic for roasting. Harvest in mid season. |
