Hot & Spicy Varieties

We often get asked about flavor of the different varieties of garlic.  People who are always adding their favorite hot sauce to everything they eat have a new choice!  Add some garlic and feel the heat and get the advantages that garlic provides.  Keep in mind, everyone's taste buds are different, but everyone we have had taste these varieties agree.  Whether it is described as hot, spicy or has some heat we think you will agree!  Keep in mind that growing conditions can change the flavor as well.  Cooking the garlic will tone down the flavor to some degree, but many of these still maintain heat after cooking.
